After the Y4PT World Modal Shift Challenge 2014 – 1st Edition ( http://www.y4pt.org/projects/campaigns/healthy-mobility/modal-shift/world-2014/ ), give it another try and move around your city by using public transport, cycling and/or walking for one month at least and share your experience with us by filling up our online survey.
Your voice will be heard at the 5th Y4PT World Youth Meeting (Y4PT Milan 2015) and it will also influence the public transport decision-making process worldwide; in fact, we will present the results of the Survey, at different international events!

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Everyone interested in promoting public transport, biking and walking as sustainable alternatives to cars and other private transport modes.
During the whole months of March and April 2015.
Join the cause of environmental sustainability by contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gases and other pollutans and enjoy the health benefits generated from the use of “rather than by car” alternatives.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: GET INVOLVED!!!
– Send us your e-mail address at contact(at)y4pt.org in order to receive the Y4PT Healthy Mobility printable logo (you can also get it from here!), which you will be wearing during the challenge period ( you can stick it on your bike, bags, books, smart phone, computer…)
– Think about a “rather than by car” transport mode (public transport, biking, walking, etc…) which you will be using during the scheduled period in order to move around your city.
– Follow us on Facebook and Twitter and share your photos, videos and personal experiences.
– At the end of the challenge period, fill up the online survey and provide us with detailed and contextual information about your experience. Your voice will be heard at the 5th Y4PT World Youth Meeting (Y4PT Milan 2015) and everywhere in the world!
Your experience will influence the transport decision-making process at different geographical levels and will also raise awareness about the need of using public transport, biking and walking all over the world, especially where such transport modes are not as popular as they are in other regions.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING YOUR STORIES AND WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO SHARE YOUR MOBILITY PROPOSALS FOR THE UPCOMING EVENT!!
Once again Y4PT is giving you the opportunity to raise your voice and advocate sustainable mobility. Once again we urge everyone to take a step and stand out of the crowd!!
Thank you for participating in the challenge. This is the first step in the way to Universal Exposition Milan 2015 (EXPO Milan 2015) – “Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life”. If you are interesting in collaborating with Y4PT in future events and studies, please look at http://www.y4pt.org/chapters/ and http://www.y4pt.org/projects/.
Hi to all the friends and followers of Y4PT:
We do really want to thank you guys for participating at the Y4PT World Modal Shift Challenge 2015 – 2st Edition ( http://www.y4pt.org/projects/campaigns/healthy-mobility/modal-shift/world-2015/ ) . Some of you are still taking the Challenge; it is ok, we still have the whole month of April 2015 to do so. For those who took it already, we invite you guys to fill out the survey in order to share with us your experience after changing for a while your mobility habits.
We do understand that the survey might look complex at the first sight, but in order to come out with a very well-done analysis we do really need to gather the more precise data as possible about how you followed up the whole Challenge process.
In order to encourage you, Y4PT is going to raffle one (1) Samsung Gear™ S smartwatch ( http://www.samsung.com/global/microsite/gears/ ) – one of the most advanced wearable devices in the world – among all the people who fill out the survey only if we reach 600 replies as minimum.
The winner will be announced at the 61th UITP World Congress and Exhibition – Milan 2015 ( http://www.uitpmilan2015.org/ ) during the presentation on the survey results that Y4PT will perform. The lucky one will receive the prize at her/his residence address. Please note that Y4PT Youth Delegates selected for the 5th Y4PT World Youth Meeting – Milan 2015 ( http://www.y4pt.org/projects/youth-meeting/milan-2015/ ) can NOT participate in this raffle.
Thank you so much for your participation and your genuine will to contribute to a healthier society by starting to change your own mobility habits and by inspiring people around you to join our cause.
